Returns / Exchanges

I do not accept returns or exchanges. To ensure your purchase meets your expectations, please carefully read the description, measurements, and review all product photos beforehand. As stated in the product details, handmade pieces may vary slightly from the photos, and vintage may have some minor wear that went unnoticed. Otherwise, all items are described and portrayed with accuracy that is to the best of my ability.

Refunds

In the rare event that your package gets lost in the mail, you will receive a refund for the price of your item(s). Given that most of Stone and Marrow’s inventory features one-of-a-kind pieces, replacing your order may not be possible. In any case, I will work with you to find a suitable solution under the circumstances.

Shipping

Stone and Marrow exclusively ships within the U.S. / U.S. territories at this time. However, I would be more than happy to personalize an international shipping quote for you if you are interested in purchasing.
